Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for Kitty & Kit orders. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This voluntary policy is in addition to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

How to request a return

Email zentrady.llc@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and proof of purchase. For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please describe the issue and include photographs if available.

Returns are handled through a return location in the United States. Email us before sending anything back. We will reply with the designated US return address and a prepaid return label or arrange another return method at our expense. Please use only the address supplied in our return instructions; do not send returns to our Hungarian registered office or automatically to the address on the original parcel. Prior contact helps us identify and process your return and does not limit statutory rights.

Free return shipping

Kitty & Kit pays the return shipping costs for eligible returns from the United States and Canada, including change-of-mind returns. We do not charge a restocking fee. Please use the return method we arrange; contact us before purchasing your own postage so that we can agree reimbursement arrangements.

Return condition

For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, unworn, clean, and in the condition received, with original tags, accessories, and packaging where supplied. Please package the item securely. These conditions do not prevent a claim for a defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or misdescribed product.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as you discover an issue. We will assess the problem and arrange an appropriate refund, replacement, or other remedy required by law, at no additional return-shipping cost to you. The 30-day voluntary return window does not shorten any applicable statutory warranty or other legal remedy.

Exceptions

Our voluntary change-of-mind policy does not cover personalized or custom-made products, perishable goods, or sealed hygiene-sensitive products after their protective seal has been broken, where these exclusions are disclosed before purchase. Gift cards are not refundable except where required by law. Discounted items remain eligible unless clearly identified as final sale before purchase. Final-sale restrictions never remove rights relating to defective, damaged, or misdescribed goods.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return and explain any refusal. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, or sooner where required by law. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.

For a change-of-mind return, we refund the price paid for the returned item and applicable refundable taxes; separately charged original delivery costs are not refunded unless required by law. For our error, a defective item, or a statutory cancellation, we also refund delivery charges to the extent required by law. If your original shipping was free, we do not deduct a notional shipping charge. Import charges paid directly to customs or a carrier are handled under that authority's refund procedure; we can provide supporting return documentation.

Exchanges and cancellations

For an exchange, contact us to arrange a return and place a new order for the replacement item. To cancel an unshipped order, contact us promptly. If fulfillment has already progressed, we may be unable to stop shipment, but eligible returns and statutory cancellation rights remain available.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy excludes mandatory US state or Canadian provincial or territorial consumer rights, including Quebec rights where applicable. If we accept an order for delivery to the European Union or another jurisdiction with a statutory withdrawal right, that right applies independently of our voluntary policy, including any legally permitted inspection of the product. Mandatory rules prevail over conflicting wording in this policy.
